Refund and Return Policies for

Dynamic Traders Group Products and Services

After more than 20 years of providing trading and educational products to traders and investors in over 30 countries, we are confident you will be very happy with your Dynamic Traders Group products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return products within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price less a restock charge as described below or cancel your DT auto-renewed Reports at any time.

 

DT Software

30 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee less a $250 support/restock charge. Shipping and handling charge is not refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return product. Returns are only accepted and refunds are only processed for products with an RAN (return authorization number) provided before return by Dynamic Traders Group. See instructions below. The DT Software license is not transferable. Unlock codes and support are only provided to the original purchaser

Educational CDs

30 Day, no questions asked, money back guarantee less a 50% of purchase price restock/return charge. Our educational CDs are of the highest quality content and production of any trading educational video CDs we are aware of. If returned, the refund is discounted 50% from the purchase price. Shipping and handling charge is not refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return product. Returns are only accepted and refunds are only processed for products with an RAN (return authorization number) provided before return by Dynamic Traders Group. See instructions below.

Your refund will be processed within one week of receipt of your return in its original condition with all pieces, parts and setup included.  Please note that any returned items that have visible, obvious destruction will not receive a full refund.  Dynamic Traders Group reserves the right to question the quality of the returned product. 

 

DT Reports (Auto renew cancelation policy)

All DT Reports are charged on a monthly or quarterly auto-renew basis one week prior to their expiration. A subscriber may cancel the auto renew subscription charge at any time by sending an email to at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date and request the auto renew subscription be canceled. We do not offer a pro-rated refund on the balance of a paid report subscription.

**IMPORTANT** Dynamic Traders Group does not refund the original shipping costs for any return, nor do we pay/reimburse the cost incurred for shipping the product back to Dynamic Traders Group. Do not return a product until you have received an RAN that must be part of the address of the retuned product as instructed below.

  
 

Preparing a Product Return To Dynamic Traders Group, Inc.

 

To return a Dynamic Traders Group Software Product:

1.       We will only accept product returns that have an RAN number in the address. To receive a RAN, email and request a RAN for your product.  We do not issue RANs after the 30 day return period.

2.       To receive a refund for DT5, you must uninstall the software and retrieve the uninstall code which is provided upon uninstalling the software.  You must send this number to Dynamic Traders Group when requesting the RAN as proof of uninstalling.

3.       To remove DT5, go to Start, All Programs - DT5 - Remove DT5.  You will also need to take a screen capture of the final screen once you have uninstalled.  Please print this and include it in your packaging, as Dynamic Traders Group reserves the right to refuse a refund if the screen capture with the remove DT codes is not included.

  2. All original materials that came with your order must be included with the return, in good, working condition.
  3. Dynamic Traders Group reserves the right to examine each return on a case by case basis to verify it is in resalable condition.
  4. The refunded amount will be the price paid for the product less a 50% return/restock charge.  S&H is not refunded.  The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to any return product.

 

Return Authorization Number (RAN)

For all returns, write the RAN on the outside of the package.  Packages are not accepted without a RAN.

 

Additional Information

Please make sure you read the aforementioned return policy carefully.  You must return all original materials to receive a full refund.  Failure to do so will result in only a partial refund.
